Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We use Canada Post for all shipments. Currently, we offer standard shipping only with the following rates:

Standard Delivery: 3–9 business days – $8.50

Free Delivery: Available for orders of $175 or more

Shipping to Territories (NT, NU, YT): $17.50
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) will be processed according to our regular processing schedule. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed according to the regular processing schedule.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–9 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

Fragrance Source ships exclusively with Canada Post.
Delayed Orders and Tracking
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or your tracking information has stopped updating, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate the shipment.
