Order Issues

• Damaged or Defective Products: Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving a damaged or defective product. Photographic evidence is required to help us assess the claim. Please contact us at contact@fragrancesource.ca.
• Missing Items: Claims for missing items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order details.

Authenticity Guarantee

We take product authenticity seriously and take steps to verify the authenticity of the fragrances we sell. We source our products from suppliers we consider reputable. If you have concerns about a product's authenticity, please contact us at contact@fragrancesource.ca.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to review orders, return requests, and chargeback claims where necessary.

• False Return Requests: Returned products may be inspected to verify their condition and eligibility under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return requests that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.
• Chargeback Disputes: We may provide relevant order and delivery information to payment providers when disputing chargebacks. Suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities where warranted and permitted by law.
• Suspicious Orders: Orders flagged for verification may be delayed or canceled where appropriate.
